"the ultimate remedy to a messy night with multiple wake-ups or simply a boring day at home. i look forward to it every week and my baby loves it too!"
not a class. a village.
at its heart, it's a weekly babywearing dance class for mums and babies. but it's also a chat for the lonely days, a coffee with someone who gets it, and a chance for future friendships for you and your baby. and we stay connected through walks, meet-ups, and WhatsApp chats throughout the week.
the dance
a class for mum, baby just comes along
a 45-minute babywearing dance class designed for all levels. we move, laugh, and shake off the noise of the week while babies stay close and settled.
the coffee + yap
the excuse to continue the fun over a coffee and chat
after class we head for coffees and the yap lap kicks in: sleep regressions, nursery drama, hot takes on poopie nappies.
the village
a result of knowing a friendly face at dancing
the community doesn't end when the music stops. a private group chat with organised meet-ups, and scheduled park walks means you always have a friend close by.
"the only hour of my week that feels just for me — and my baby loves it too."
the questions everyone asks
i have two left feet, is that okay?+
100%. there are no wrong dance moves, no mirror to dread. if you can sway, you're in.
is it just for mums?+
mums are the heart of it. babies are welcome to join, but they don't have to.
what age can my baby be?+
6 weeks to about 18 months old. if your baby is too big to babywear, stay tuned for classes suitable for older babies and toddlers.
what actually happens in a class?+
45 min of guided dance with your baby. this is your chance to bond with your baba but you can also feed, change or watch class if needed. anything goes. then we head for our much needed coffee and yap sesh.
what do i wear / bring?+
anything you can move in. trainers, water bottle, baby carrier if you're wearing, and a baby. we'll bring the playlist.
come for the dance.
stay for the yap.
your first dance is just £5 — and it comes off your first membership if you stay. bring the baby, bring a mate, leave with new mum friends.
